It lets students showcase their results and academic achievements from the courses they have taken, and get inspired by the work of fellow students. Together they form the student's portfolio. Projects can also be exported.

Here you'll find information from the dean's office, housing offers, internship spots, job postings, and you can even ask around if you've left your USB stick behind again. Information can be sorted into different categories, either public or visible only within the university.

The user profile gives a short overview for community members. The user's projects and workspaces also provide context on their course of study or teaching. Made public, it can be used as a portfolio.

Your own profile brings together your personal information. Here you'll find every workspace you're a member of, everything you've ever written or uploaded, and your own project portfolio. Over time, this builds a study diary for students and a record of teaching activity for instructors.

The home page brings together all information relevant to the entire campus. Here, the latest projects are showcased, announcements are made, and interesting updates from working groups are shared. The calendar keeps upcoming events in view.

The calendar keeps upcoming events in view. Every Incom workspace automatically gets its own calendar as well. Instructors and workspace members can add events and interesting dates here, and optionally publish them on the home page too. Events can be imported or exported.

Workspaces that are declared as a course and assigned to one or more modules from the curriculum make up the course catalogue. This is an important place where students plan their semester. The catalogue can be filtered and sorted, and on request also exported for other applications or the university website.
